Biography of Dr. Bruce Goldberg
Dr. Bruce Goldberg graduated in June 1970 and earned his B.A. degree
in Biology & Chemistry from Southern Connecticut State College, New
Haven, Connecticut State, USA. Until this time Dr. Goldberg had no
metaphysical aspiration whatsoever.
He then entered the School of Dentistry, and earned his Doctor of
Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1974 from the University of Maryland,
Baltimore. In 1984, Dr. Goldberg received his M.S. degree in
Counseling Psychology from Loyola College, Baltimore.
In
1974, Dr. Goldberg received his hypnosis
training from The American Society of Clinical
Hypnosis, which trains only licensed dentists,
physicians, and psychologists in the use of
hypnosis.
He retired from dentistry and since then has
concentrated on his thriving international
hypnotherapy practice in Los Angeles, California. He
is a former president of both the Los Angeles Academy of Clinical
Hypnosis and the Mid-Atlantic Hypnotists Examining Council. In 1987,
Dr. Goldberg was inducted into the International Hypnosis Hall of
Fame.
Dr. Goldberg is a sought after guest and has been
interviewed and appeared on many television and
radio shows throughout the country. He has appeared
on Oprah, Donahue, Sally, The Other Side, Regis,
Kathie Lee, Tom Snyder, Joan Rivers, Jerry Springer,
Jenny Jones, Montel Williams, CNN, CBS News, NBC,
ABC, FOX News, CNBC, The History Channel and Art
Bell and George Noory, and others. His print
exposure includes The Washington Post, Time, and The
Los Angeles Times. He has conducted more than 35,000
past life regressions and future life progressions
and has helped thousands of patients to empower
themselves through the use of these valuable
techniques.
Dr. Goldberg is the author of 21 best-selling books. His book
Past Lives, Future Lives was the first book ever written on
progression hypnotherapy (taking patients into their future lives).
His second book The Search For Grace was made into a
television movie by CBS.
Dr. Goldberg was the consultant on the film. His award-winning book Soul Healing
is a classic on alternative medicine and psychic empowerment. Dr.
Goldberg has published over two dozen scientific articles on his
hypnotherapy work.
He has conducted over 35,000 past life
regressions and future life progressions on over 15,000 patients
since 1974. He has helped thousands of patients to empower
themselves through the use of his valuable hypnotherapy techniques.
He claims that he has had over 3000 out of body
experiences.
What
Has Inspired Him to become a Hypnotherapist?
When he was still a student before graduation, Dr. Goldberg
strangely encountered two life-changing spiritual events, as
described below (refer to page 16, Past Lives, Future Lives
Revealed):
(i) In 1969, when he was 20 years young, after spending the semester
break at his parents home in East Meadow, Long Island, he was
driving back to New Haven, and his car suddenly drifted into a pile
of snow and he was stranded. There were no people driving nearby and
no traffic police. After unsuccessful attempts to pull his car back
on track, he started walking alone to find a shelter. It was very
cold weather, and he was in a desperate situation and frightened for
his life but could not find any shelter in the vicinity. And he had
no idea in which direction he could walk. At this critical
situation,
a woman’s soft voice
entered his mind and instructed him to walk at a 45-degree angle
from his current path. Soon after he followed that instruction, he
found a neon sign of a catering company “Tardis.” He walked into
that building where he got help to warm up, drink some coffee and
rest. The employees of that company drove him to a subway station
safely, saving him from a life-threatening danger.
(ii) In 1972, while he was still a student in the dental school at
the University of Maryland Baltimore, and while he still had no
special interest in metaphysical field, on a Saturday morning, he
heard a woman’s soft voice
(the same soft voice he heard when he was stuck in the snow storm in
1969) that entered his mind again and instructed him to go to a
Metaphysical bookstore in downtown Baltimore. He followed that
instruction. Shortly after he entered that bookstore, a tall young
beautiful woman with long blond hair and piercing blue eyes, who
dressed in a white gown and looked like a Greek goddess, appeared
out of nowhere and said with
the same woman’s soft voice:
“I think you will find this book both interesting and profound to
your life’s work.” She then handed him that book and instantly
dematerialized right before his very eyes! That book was:
The Search for Bridey Murphy, authored by Morey Bernstein.
That book detailed about the documented case of reincarnation of
Bridey Murphy, and revealed that Morey Bernstein, a Colorado
businessman, spiritually regressed a housewife named Virginia Tighe
who lived in her past life with the name Bridey Murphy in the 19th
century in Cork, Ireland.
After reading through this documented story of reincarnation of
Bridey Murphy, Dr. Bruce Goldberg, who was still a dental student at
the University of Maryland Baltimore, was inspired and developed a
keen interest on metaphysical field and parapsychology. He
immediately became an enthusiastic reader of many books on
reincarnation, hypnotic past life regression, astrology, numerology,
tarot, and other spiritual topics.
In 1974, after receiving his degree from the dental school, he moved
to Florida and began a general practice residency. In the same year,
Dr. Goldberg received his hypnosis training from The American
Society of Clinical Hypnosis. By 1974, he established a part-time
hypnotherapy practice and began doing hypnotic past life
regressions.
During his part-time practice in Tallahasse, Florida, his profession
as a hypnotherapist took a fortuitous turn as one of his patients
regressed with minimal efforts into several past lives and reported
many verifiable details. As a result, she was free from bulimia,
smoking habit and water phobia. This experience has stimulated Dr.
Golberg to delve more into past life therapy, and has foreseen the
unlimited potential for the past life therapy and was committed to
help many people, doing past life regressions and future life
progressions.
By 1978, his dental practice became his part-time profession, as his
hypnotherapy became his full-time profession. In 1989, he retired
from dentistry and relocated his hypnotherapy office to Los Angeles,
California. He became a past life regression therapist.
In July of 1999, he finally discovered who that entity was (a
woman’s soft voice came to his mind twice and gave instructions
as mentioned above). Throughout the years, he
had had dreams and other manifestations with this
woman, whom he assumed was his “spirit guide.” Her
name is Nemil and she is found to be a time
traveler.

Past Life Regression:

deep trance, you
enter a dark tunnel and count numbers backward from 20 to 1,
entering into deeper trance for each count. By the middle of the
count, you will find that the tunnel is becoming lighter
and lighter. At count 1, near the end
of the tunnel, you find a door with bright light above it. You open
the door and you will find yourself in your past life.
Future
Life Progression: In deep trance, you
enter
a dark tunnel and count numbers forward from 1 to 20, entering into
deeper trance for each count. By the middle of the count, you will
find that the tunnel is becoming lighter and lighter. At count 20,
near the end, you perceive the tunnel veer off into two directions,

a. Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique
|
(Tense the Body Part, Hold It, and Relax It) |
1. After taking shower with warm water, in a refreshing mood, wear
loose clothing without shoes. Sit on an easy chair or lie down
comfortably on a recliner in a dimly lit and quiet room. Let there
be no external distractions for a couple of hours.
2. With your eyes closed, take a deep breath and hold it to the
count of 4, 6, 8 or as many counts as you can stand (each count is
one second long), and exhale slowly. Repeat it a couple of times. You are
intending to let all your muscles go loose and heavy.
3. Focus your attention on your arms and fists by clenching then
tighter and tighter. Breathing normally, feel the tension in your
fist and arms, holding for 5 to 10 seconds. Then allow your hands
and arms relax slowly. Repeat this several times feeling that your
arms and fists are relaxed completely.
4. Focus your attention on your toes and feet while the rest of your
body continues to relax on its own. Point your toes outward, thereby
tensing your feet and lower legs, holding for 5 to 10 seconds and
let them relax. Then point your toes inward, holding for 5 to 10
seconds, increasing the tension in your feet and lower legs. Curl
your toes as if you were making a fist, creating tension and hold
for 5 to 10 seconds and let them relax. Repeat this process several
times, relaxing further again and again until your toes, feet and
lower legs are relaxed completely. Also allow your fingers spread
outward, letting out all the tension.
5. Focus your attention on your neck and head while the rest of your
body continues to relax on its own. Press your head against the back
of your chair or bed, thereby tensing your neck and back of your
head. Repeat this process several times by increasing the tension in
your neck and back of your head, holding for 5 to 10 seconds and
then relaxing slowly and completely. While doing this, let your
entire body relax naturally on its own.
6. Focus your attention on your facial area. Feel the tension
created by stretching and relaxing your forehead muscles upward and
downward. Lift your eyebrows upward, creating tension, and holding
for 5 to 10 seconds and relaxing. Wrinkle your nose slowly, grind
your teeth slowly, clench your jaw slowly, creating tension for 5 to
10 seconds and relaxing. Repeat this process several times by
increasing the tension in your forehead, eyebrows, nose, lips,
teeth, jaw, cheeks, and then relaxing slowly and completely. While
doing this, let your entire body relax naturally on its own.
7. Focus your attention on your lower back, biceps, thighs and calfs.
Arch your lower back away from the back of your easy chair or
recliner, creating tension for 5 to 10 seconds and then relaxing.
Tense your both biceps muscles by increasing the tension and then
relaxing. Tense your both thighs muscles by trying to push your
knees together at the same time, holding for 5 to 10 seconds and
then relaxing. Tense your left calf muscles and right calf muscles,
creating tension for 5 to 10 seconds and then relaxing. Repeat this
process several times. While you focused on your body parts one at a
time, let your entire body relax naturally on its own.
8. Take another deep breath, hold it and exhale releasing any
tension from your chest area. Then picture the loose, warm, heavy
and relaxing feeling you have just created to flow throughout your
body, permeating deep into each muscle fiber. Take a deep breath
again and exhale, feeling the ever-increasing waves of relaxation,
and feeling the calm and serene totally at ease. Picture yourself
going deeper and deeper into relaxation and feeling that the tension
is melting away from all your muscles.
9. Check for any other areas of your body parts uncovered, including
genitals, create tension in them and letting them relax. You will
feel very positive about what you have just experienced and very
motivated about your ability to achieve quicker and deeper
relaxation with each exposure of self-hypnosis.
Signs of Trance: You
should actually experience a generalized relaxed feeling
throughout your body and/or a sense of looseness and heaviness in your arms and legs.
More significantly, you should feel that your entire body is
lifeless. These signs indicate that
you have just reached the light stages of trance.
10. Practice this exercise for a week consistently until you master
the concept. As you become more proficient with this exercise, increase the
tension on each body part, hold it for 10 seconds under tension, and
then relax while breathing out. With experience, you will be able do
this exercise quickly and effortlessly like an expert and will enjoy
doing it. This progressive relaxation technique would certainly help
you entering into deep trace and would keep you in deep trance for
prolonged period of time.

Further
deepening into the trance state can be accomplished by the following
techniques:
Escalator Exercise
1.
Picture yourself standing at the top of an infinitely long escalator
that is deeply inclined (similar to the one you usually find in an
international airport or a huge shopping mall). Watch the steps of
the escalator move down slowly in front of you. Imagine yourself
alone with this escalator, and ignore the surroundings and let there
be no distractions. The escalator is infinitely long so do not worry
about your step landing on the floor. Take a deep breath and relax
further several times. While you watch the steps move downward,
notice that each time you exhale, you become more and more relaxed
and deeply asleep, lowering your brainwave frequency gradually,
attempting to reach theta or delta state of mind.
3. Take a deep breath again. Imagine yourself, grasping the
handrails of the escalator safely and securely, stepping onto the
very first stair of the escalator, and going down. While going
downward along with the stair, imagine yourself feeling easier and
going deeper into relaxation as you continue to ride the escalator
down. And at this moment, your entire body is loose and heavy
without any resistance to relaxation, as you have already removed
all the tension from your muscles.
3. At this point, you focus your attention on your breathing
looking forward to relax more and more. Then at the count of 3 (1,
2, 3), simply let your muscles switch off completely, thereby
doubling your present state of relaxation. It becomes easier and
easier for you to find yourself fully relaxed, calm and serene.
4. It is necessary to further deepen your relaxation by visualizing
yourself in a beautiful place enjoying your time and place. If is
highly recommended to
practice creative visualization, using all five senses (Seeing,
Hearing, Smelling, Tasting & Feeling).
Elevator Exercise
1. Imagine
yourself standing on the 5th floor of a huge shopping mall, and that
you are just stepping into the elevator to descend to street level.
As the elevator goes down, it stops on each floor, some people will
get off, and some others will get in on each floor. As the elevator
goes down,
notice that each time you exhale, you become more and more relaxed
and deeply asleep, lowering your brainwave frequency gradually,
attempting to reach theta or delta state of mind.
2. As the elevator starts going down from 5th floor, you are
beginning to sink slowly downward, more and more relaxed. The
elevator stops at the 4th floor, doors open, several people get off,
two other people get in, and the doors close again automatically.
3. As the elevator starts going down from 4th floor, you are
becoming more and more deeply relaxed, more and more deeply asleep.
The elevator stops at the 3rd floor, doors open, several people get
off, two other people get in, and the doors close again
automatically.
4. As the elevator starts going down from 3rd floor, you are
entering into deeper and deeper relaxation, and much more deeply
asleep. The elevator stops at the 2nd floor, doors open, several
people get off, two other people get in, and the doors close again
automatically.
5. As the elevator starts going down from 2nd floor, you are
entering into deeper and deeper relaxation, and much more deeply
asleep. The elevator stops at the 1st floor, doors open, but nobody
gets off, and nobody gets in, and the doors close again
automatically.
6. As the elevator starts going down from 1st floor, you are
entering into deeper and deeper relaxation, and much more deeply
asleep. The elevator stops at the ground floor (street level), doors
open, everybody gets out, nobody gets in, but you do not get out,
and you descend to go deeper into relaxation, and the doors close
again automatically. You are now alone in the elevator.
7. As the elevator starts going down from street level to basement,
you are further entering into deeper and deeper relaxation, and
twice more deeply asleep. As the elevator arrives at the basement,
you are feeling completely relaxed to the lowest level of relaxation
and deeply asleep.
8. Practice this exercise as many times as you can with subsequent
sessions until you master the concept. As you become more proficient
with this exercise, you will be able to go into hypnotic state much
more quickly, you become more tolerable, and even the surroundings
don’t distract you. Remember your goal is to reach theta or delta
state of mind with the lowest possible brainwave frequency.
Sanctuary Method
1. Create your own sanctuary in your
imagination.
For example,
picture yourself on the beach or ocean shore where you have a
sanctuary in which you have a nice and clean marble bench to sit
comfortably, another marble bench decorated with gold and silver
ornaments, handcrafted collectibles, crystals, gemstones where the
Higher Self, Spirit Guide or Masters could sit comfortably when they
visit you. You could also imagine that you are sitting with lighted
and scented candles and incense sticks that are sacred.
2.
Practice creative visualization using all five senses (Seeing,
Hearing, Smelling, Tasting & Feeling).
For example, while you see yourself on the scene of your sanctuary,
hear the sound of ocean waves hitting the shore, smell the scented
candles and incense, taste the salty air while sitting on your
marble bench, feel the warmth of sunset or moon, feel the gentle
breeze, and so on and so forth.
You can also imagine several baskets of fruits of diverse colors
lying on a table or ground in your sanctuary. Visualize all those
colors such as indigo, violet, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange
and red of all those fruits. The creative visualization would
further enhance your deep trance.
You can create your own sanctuary decorated and filled with your
most favorite items.
Recognize Yourself that You are in Deep Trance
This has to be practiced a lot devoting a lot of
time on a daily basis. No one way is the right way
to experience a trance. Your body may feel light, or
it may feel heavy; you may feel as if you are
dreaming; your eyelids may flutter; or your body can
become cooler or warmer. All these possible
responses are perfectly safe.

Suggestions to Your Subconscious Mind |
Give yourself autosuggestions or affirmations. If your goal is
to promote health such as stop smoking, insomnia, weight loss, tell
yourself some very simple and positive autosuggestions or
affirmations. Repeat those statements over and over again on a daily
basis until you notice some change in your habits or health. Your
subconscious mind would listen to these suggestions and implement
them as long as you are consistent and persistent in programming.
When you do this in a deep trance on a daily basis, the results
would be outstanding. Given below are some examples for insomnia
treatment and stop smoking treatment.

Insomnia Treatment
After entering the deeper level of relaxation, and after achieving
the deep trance state of mind, you are going to program your
subconscious mind to have most comfortable and restful night’s sleep
you have ever experienced. Your sleep will be undisturbed throughout
the night unless a true emergency arises, in which case you will be
awaken automatically. In the absence of emergency, you will awaken
at the appropriate time you desire the following morning and this
new sleep routine will be your new reality. Repeat this exercise
over and over again until your subconscious mind is programmed
permanently and you no longer experience insomnia.

Stop Smoking Treatment
After entering the deeper level of relaxation, and after achieving
the deep trance state of mind, you are going to program your
subconscious mind visualizing yourself as a non-smoker, saying to
yourself that I no longer smoke, and living yourself in non-smoking
area only, gathering yourself with people who are only non-smokers.
Move around in your body, feel its strength and agility, its surging
vitality, and be certain that its appearance and all of its
attributes are what you realistically desire. And as you occupy that
body, coming to know that body very well, your present physical body
is going to be drawn into that new mold. You are moving already
toward the realization, and you will be doing whatever is needed to
achieve that body you want to have, which is clean and sober. You
are now a nonsmoker with a smile on your face.
Waking
up or Getting Out of Trance
After completing your hypnosis session to your fullest satisfaction in the
deep trance (your task could be promoting health or soul healing,
meeting your Higher Self, meeting your Spirit Guide, meeting the
Masters or other), you slowly get out of the trance by counting
numbers forward from 1 to 5 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
Number 1 (still staying in the deeper relaxation), Number
2 (feeling little bit lighter relaxation, count), Number 3 (feeling
much lighter relaxation), Number 4 (feeling very light
relaxation, and count), Number 5 (finding yourself awaken). You are now
wide-awake with normal state of mind. You could still feel calm,
serene and refreshed as if you just came out of a daydream. Enjoy
the rest of the day because you are now a happy person.

Your Higher Self
is not an entity separate from you, it is the most
perfect form of you, and it is your total soul consciousness,
residing in the non-physical realm called superconscious mind
level, a source of pure and perfect energy. In her book Creative
Visualization, Shakti Gawain wrote:
The Higher Self
is the God-like being who dwells within you. Being in contact with
The Higher Self is characterized by a deep sense of
knowingness and certainty of power, love and wisdom. The connection
between your personality and your Higher Self is a two-way
channel, and it is important to develop the flow in both directions.

Precautions
Precaution-I:
You are about to enter the hypnotic state in order
to elevate yourself to superconscious mind level. Please always keep
in mind that, during this hypnotic state, or at any time, if you
feel uncomfortable physically, mentally, or emotionally, you can
awaken yourself from the hypnotic trance by counting the numbers
forward from 1 to 5 slowly. Rest for some time before trying it
again.
Precaution-II:
You should always keep in mind this very important precaution.
During this hypnotic session, while reviewing The Akashic Records
which contain all the information about Past Life Momories and
Future Life Momories, you are strongly advised to remain as a
neutral observer, not to emotionally involve into the scenes of
struggles and trauma, and not to re-live into the events by grief or
by excitement, but just observe the graphic, groundbreaking or most
pleasurable scenes, if any, as if you were watching a movie.
Precaution-III: When your are in a session guided by a
hypnotherapist, whenever you hear the instruction “sleep now and
rest” from your hypnotherapist, detach yourself from any scene
you are experiencing, remain quiet and stay still in trance, and
wait until you hear the next instruction. If you are undertaking
self-hypnosis session, you can say such an instruction “sleep now
and rest” to yourself in order to move from one event to
another.
Hypnosis Session
1.
At first relax yourself to reach the levels of deep trance as
explained above using the progressive muscle relaxation technique.
2. Throughout this session, from the start, it is strongly
recommended to play New Age Music or Binaural Beats on the
background. The sound of this music stimulates your brain and
assists you in entering the trance. A music that is specialized in the current topic is the best option.
3. Imagine a bright white light coming down from above and
entering the top of your head (where your crown charka is located),
filling your entire body with divine energy. Mentally see it, feel
it, and it becomes a reality. Then imagine an aura of pure white
light emanating from your heart region (where your heart charka
is located), again surrounding your entire body, and protecting you
from any distractions. Mentally see it, feel it, and it becomes a
reality.
4. At this precious moment of serious and spiritual hypnotic
session, Your Higher Self from the superconscious mind level
would come in contact with you if you indeed switch to the
borderline between alpha and theta frequencies. With consistent and persistent
efforts, under deep relaxation, it is possible to accomplish this wonderful experience. At
the same time, you may also contact Spirit Guide, Spiritual Masters
and one or more of highly evolved loving entities and wise beings
who would offer help and guidance for your spiritual growth. You may
also see your deceased relatives and departed loved ones, and greet them. You are totally protected by
the aura of pure white light of divine energy, and there is
no need to worry about whom you communicate with.
5. In a few
moments, after a count of 20 (1, 2, 3,….20), taking one second for
each count, you are about to enter into the superconscious mind
level where you could be able to receive highly valuable information
from your Higher Self. For each count, you should feel yourself
rising towards much deeper relaxation and much deeper into the
trance.
Number 1 (rising up), Number 2, 3, 4 (rising much higher), Number 5, 6, 7
(letting information flow), Number 8, 9, 10 (you are halfway there),
Number 11, 12, 13 (feel yourself rising even higher and deeper into
the trance), Number 14, 15, 16 (you are almost there keep going), Number 17,
18, 19 (rising up much deeper into the trance). Allow yourself to
focus all your attention and visualize yourself looking forward to
meeting your Higher Self. By the time you count the number 20,
orient yourself toward reaching the superconscious mind level and
meeting with your Higher Self.
6.
The superconscious mind level is perfect, and tapping into this
divine level results in a sharp rise of the energy level of your subconscious mind.
7.
Now, from the superconscious mind level, you are going to rise up to
the soul plane beyond the lower planes and beyond the karmic cycle.
From soul plane, you could perceive information from various
sources.

reviewing which you could find out the information about your past
lives, future lives, and lives between lives. At this particular
moment, you are cautioned not to emotionally involve into the
scenes of struggles and trauma, remain as a neutral observer, and
not to re-live into the events by grief or by excitement, but just
observe the graphic, groundbreaking or most pleasurable scenes, if
any, as if you were watching a movie.

It is the best opportunity for you to view your records carefully
and figure out the most important events of past lives and future
lives and review both good and bad experiences and their karmic
consequences. You should also try to understand the purpose of karma
and educate yourself in order to purify your subconscious mind.
Karma can bring you happiness or sadness, depending on the paths you
have chosen and the actions you have taken due to the free will. Your observations from
The Akashic Records would let you understand your karmic causes and
effects, your achievements and your pitfalls. They also give you
some clues on how to adjust your current life in order to move ahead
towards raising your frequency level and increasing the energy level
of your subconscious mind. You Higher self would take part in this
matter and answer your questions. Your ultimate goal should be
ending the cycle if birth and death, and reaching the immortality.
Your final step is your ascension and return to the God in the
eternal realm.
Allow yourself and focus your concentration to receive more advanced
and more specific information from your Higher Self. You can utilize
this precious moment to heal or promote your health, to further your
currier, to improve your relationships with your surrounding people,
or any other goals you might have.

After you complete your communication with your Higher Self, express your sincere gratitude to the Higher Self for
allowing you to view your Akashic Records and for answering many
crucial questions. It is the best opportunity for you to make an
appointment with your Higher Self seeking that you would be pleased
and very grateful if your Higher Self could kindly visit you once
every day, once every few days or once every week or whenever you
are in deep trance so that you can have the continued guidance,
support and protection from your Higher self.
10. Remember
that until this moment, you have been in the deep trance (alpha
state, most probably theta state or delta state). Now count forward
from 1 to 5 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), taking one second for each count, and
at count 5, you are about to open your eyes and get back into your
normal state of mind (which is beta state). Number 1 (you are still
in deeper levels of trance), Number 2 (you are getting a little bit
lighter in the trance), Number 3 (you are getting much lighter),
Number 4 (you are very light and close to awakening), Number 5 (open
your eyes as you
are awaken from the trance). After the count 5, you
are wide-awaken and look refreshed.

Immediately after awakening from this wonderful experience, take a
pen and paper or sit with your computer and write down everything
what you have seen and heard during this self-hypnosis or
hypnotherapy session. Describe the events very carefully and precisely, describe how you
felt when you met your Higher Self or other wise beings, describe
their answers to your questions, describe what you have seen while
reviewing the Akashic Records, describe in details if you reviewed
any of your past lives and future lives, and any other important
information.
Make sure your questions have been answered and prepare to ask more
questions in your next meeting with your Higher Self. Always
remember that tapping into the superconscious mind level or meeting
with the Higher Self would result in miraculous healing.
This method can be practiced alone at your home in a self-hypnosis
session. Or, a hypnotherapist can guide you in order to elevate you to the superconscious
mind level where you could come in contact with the Higher

The main approach being utilized by Dr. Goldberg while treating his

Tap or Contacting the Higher Self. During this process the patient
is guided to tap into the superconscious mind level (Higher Self) to
access the perfect energy thereby raising the energy level or frequency of
the patient's subconscious mind, which in turn results in healing.

Cleansing is the process through which I as a hypnotherapist
introduces the patient’s subconscious mind to its superconscious or
higher self. This superconscious mind level is perfect and thus
accessing or tapping into this level results in a rising of the
energy level of the patient’s subconscious mind.
The first step in hypnotherapy is to improve this self-image. If you
build a house on quicksand, it won’t be around to benefit from
appreciation. I highly recommend the use of CDs to help establish a
sound and strong psychological foundation from which patients can
more fully understand their karmic purpose and make strides toward
fulfilling their karma.
Most of a patient’s therapy will take effect during the dream level
at night. Recent medical research establishes that we enter REM
(rapid eye movement), a characteristic of the dream state, for three
hours each night. Since our defense mechanism (willpower or
analytical mind) cannot function once we enter the sleep cycle, this
is a most efficient cleansing opportunity.
During this dream state, the emotional cleansing necessary for our
survival occurs, but deeper energy cleansing is not part of this
survival function. It will not occur unless we are trained for it.
If we are properly trained, we will use approximately one hour of
the REM cycle to cleanse our alpha level. Since each minute in
hypnosis is equivalent to three of our earth minutes, three to four
hours of therapeutic energy cleansing is actually experienced by the
patient. It is no wonder that this therapy is so short, successful,
and popular. The patient is trained in relatively few sessions to be
totally independent of the therapist and attain any goal that is
humanly possible. The patient uses superconscious mind CDs to assist
in this goal.
There are three levels of manifestation of an issue. First, there is
the physical level. Using depression as an example, the associated
lack of energy and malaise are examples of the physical level. Next
is the emotional level. In this example, unexplained crying would be
a symptom of this level. The last and most important level is the
energy level. This level is the actual frequency vibrational rate of
the patient’s alpha level or subconscious mind. In other words, this
is the level of spiritual growth or karmic status of the individual.
The energy level controls the emotional level, which in turn
influences the physical level. Thus, the only level I am concerned
with when I conduct a hypnotherapy session is the energy level. Once
we raise the patient’s frequency vibrational rate to a new threshold
– a major breakthrough- this new level, or rate is established and
is irreversible. The patient may plateau for a while, but this new
rate cannot be lowered. Thus, the emotional and physical symptoms as
well as the causes are resolved by treating the ultimate cause,
which is the patient’s energy level or frequency vibrational rate.
You will note that the arrow always glows down from the energy level
to the physical but not in reverse; also observe that the energy
level can change the physical level directly without having to use
the emotional level as an intermediary. An example of this latter
phenomenon would be the removal of psychosomatic pain or a headache.
How does past life regression, age progression, or future life
progression fit into this approach? The answer is simple. These
techniques are used as stepping stones to reach the superconscious
mind and to satisfy the patient’s curiosity. These techniques taken
together account for approximately five percent of the therapy.
Ninety five percent of any therapeutic result will come from
cleansing at the superconscious level. This cleansing will also
greatly reduce the time and number of sessions required to train
patients to resolve their conflicts and maximize potential. Thus, it
is not necessary to explore past or future lives for this therapy to
work. Since this is not cognitive or analytical therapy, I am not
particularly interested in the intellectual “cause” of the issue. In
this type of therapy, process is everything. The whys are not
important. All that is necessary is that the patient must be
motivated to attain a goal, that goal must be possible to attain,
and the patient must trust the therapist he works with. As long as
these three conditions are met, any goal is achievable.
Throughout the therapeutic process, a patient will experience good
days and bad days. The bad days are actually more therapeutic,
because during these days, the energy needed by the conscious mind
in order to interfere with the therapy is drained, so the defense
mechanism is disengaged. The purpose of our defense mechanism
(rationalization, intellectualization, displacement, etc.) is to
keep our behavior the same. To this end, they will do anything to
disrupt change. Fortunately, the defense mechanisms’ energy supply
is limited and every time they exert themselves, they are literally
burning themselves out. Good days do not result in a direct drain to
defense mechanism, but do indirectly sap their energy. By raising
one’s energy level (frequency vibrational rate), as a result of
these good days, the defense mechanism must expend even more energy
supply (by accessing the superconscious mind), it will always win in
the end.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. A hypnotist is simply your guide who
briefly instructs you what to do to enter into the trance, records
the observations that you reveal, and further instructs you while
you yourself explore new avenues. Howsoever, you are fully
responsible to guide yourself and in due course you become the
self-oriented guide. Hypnosis is the process of leading yourself or
someone else into trance. Trance is an altered state of mind in
which your brain wave frequency switches from beta level to alpha
level or even much deeper level such as theta or delta.

Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression and Future Life Progression can be performed
successfully under self-hypnosis. However, it is worthwhile if a
practicing clinical hypnotherapist regresses his/her patient to past
lives and progresses his/her patient to future lives. Before
practicing self-hypnosis, it is always best idea to visit an
experienced hypnotherapist at least a few times and gain some
knowledge and experience on hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

Precaution-I:
You are about to enter the hypnotic state in order
to explore past life memories. Please always keep in mind that,
during this hypnotic state, or at any time, if you feel
uncomfortable physically, mentally, or emotionally, you can awaken
yourself from the hypnotic trance by counting the numbers forward
from 1 to 5 slowly. Rest for some time before trying it again.
Precaution-II:
You should always keep in mind this very important precaution.
During this hypnotic session, while reviewing The Akashic Records
which contain all the information about Past Life Momories and
Future Life Momories, you are strongly advised to remain as a
neutral observer, not to emotionally involve into the scenes of

and rest” to yourself in order to move from one chapter of the
life to another.
Hypnosis Session
1. At first
relax yourself to reach the levels of deep trance as explained above
using the progressive muscle relaxation technique.
2. Throughout this session, from the start, it is highly recommended
to play New Age Music or Binaural Beats on the background. The sound
of this music stimulates your brain and assists you in entering the
trance. A music that is specialized in the current topic is the best
option.
3. Imagine a bright white light coming down from above and
entering the top of your head (where your crown charka is located),
filling your entire body with divine energy. Mentally see it, feel
it, and it becomes a reality. Then imagine an aura of pure white
light emanating from your heart region (where your heart charka
is located), again surrounding your entire body, and protecting you
from any distractions. Mentally see it, feel it, and it becomes a
reality.
4. At this precious moment of serious and spiritual hypnotic
session, if you indeed switch to the borderline between alpha and theta
frequencies,
you may come in contact with Your Higher Self, Spirit Guide,
Spiritual Masters and one
or more of highly evolved loving entities or wise beings. With consistent and persistent
efforts, under deep relaxation, it is possible to accomplish this
wonderful experience.
They
communicate with you, and offer you help and answer your questions.
You are totally protected by the aura of pure white light of
divine energy, and there is no need to worry about whom you
communicate with.
5. In a few moments, after counting the numbers backward from 20 to
1 (20, 19,....,1), taking one second for each count, you are about
to enter into your past life. For each count, you should feel
yourself rising towards much deeper relaxation and much deeper into
the trance.
Number 20 (you are moving into a very deep dark tunnel that is
surrounded by grass and trees and your favorite flowers, and you
feel that you are being invited, you remain very calm and
comfortable about moving into the tunnel; Number 19, 18 (you are
moving backward in time, keep moving backward), Number 17, 16, 15
(the darker tunnel is becoming lighter now, you can make out your
arms and legs and you realize that you are walking through this
tunnel you are further moving backward in time); Number 14, 13, 12
(continued moving backward in time); Number 11, 10, 9 (you are now
so far back, you are more than halfway there, the tunnel is much
lighter, and from this point on, you can see the door in front of
you with the bright white light above it); Number 8, 7, 6 (you are
standing in front of the door, now feeling tranquil, comfortable and
positive about your ability to move into this past life scene;
Number 5, 4 (you are approaching the door, putting your hand on the
doorknob, the bright white light so bright that you cannot look at
it; Number 3 (open the door); Number 2 (step through the door);
Number 1 (you move into the past life scene). You will see yourself
at the age of about 15 years old. The age 15 was chosen because at
this age, you would be relatively matured enough to describe and
explain the scene you are experiencing. If you keep this point in
mind that you want to see your past life when you were 15 years old,
it will happen automatically.
6. Focus carefully on what you perceive in front of your eyes.
Observe a few minutes and let everything becomes crystal clear. The
information is flowing into your awareness, the scene is becoming
more and more visible to your eyes. Just let yourself become
oriented to your new environment.
7. Describe the scenes as clearly as you can and speak out to your
hypnotist or a friend who is assisting you so that he/she can record
the information instantly. If it is self-hypnosis session, just
observe the scenes carefully and move on to the next scene of
another age, and so on and so forth. You can also connect yourself
to a tape-recorder and speak out all your observations clearly with
all the names, dates, etc. so that you can later rewind the tape and
review your observations.
8. Collect as much information from the scene as possible.
Collect the information: who you are?, where you are?, and why you
are there?, is it day or night? are you outdoors or indoors? is it
hot or cold? what country or land do you are from? is that your home
country or did you immigrate to another county? what is your name in
the scene? are you alone or with family or friends? who are the
people surrounded by you? what kind of clothes and shoes were you
wearing? what is the time and date? When you think about time and
date, amazingly, the numbers will appear right in front of you, and you
will be informed exactly what year it is or even more precisely what
month it is and what day it is. Take your time, examine the
scene, and find out all circumstances surrounding you.
9. You just recalled past life memories when you were 15 years old.
After you collected all the information of this scene, you can move
forward or backward to any age, and recall memories. All you need to
do is decide to which age you want to move, point to that particular
age and let your mind walk to that age, and count the numbers
forward from 1 to 5. Suppose you decided to recall the memories when
you were 30 years old. Number 1 (you are thinking about moving
forward in time to the age 30 carefully and comfortably); Number 2
(you are thinking about moving forward in time and feeling good
about it); Number 3 (you are halfway there); Number 4 (you are
almost there); Number 5 (you are in your past life scene when you
were 30 years old, just focus on what you perceive around you, take
a few moments to let this information crystallize and become clear
in your awareness, observe the scene and mentally record all the
information or speak out).
In the same manner, you can regress yourself to your past life and
figure out what has happened in that life, recall the most important
incidents, most pleasurable and most traumatic from birth to death.
You can also regress yourself to another past life much older than
the one you already recalled, and so on and so forth.
10. All right. You hear the instruction “sleep now and rest”
either from your hypnotherapist or you say it to yourself in your
self-hypnosis session. When you hear the instruction “sleep now
and rest,” detach from the scene you have been examining. You
will be moving forward again in the same past life to a scene that
is going to signify or illustrate the maximum achievements that you
accomplished during this lifetime. This scene will indicate the
maximum accomplishment personally and professionally. You will be
surrounded by the people who affect you most in this lifetime. On
counting from 1 to 5, move forward to this maximum accomplishment
event during this particular lifetime.
Number 1 (you are thinking about moving forward in time carefully
and comfortably); Number 2 (you are thinking about moving forward in
time and feeling good about it); Number 3 (you are halfway there,
keep going); Number 4 (you are almost there); Number 5 (you are in
your maximum accomplishment event, just focus on what you perceive
around you, take a few moments to let this information crystallize
and become clear in your awareness, observe the scene and mentally
record all the information).
For example you received a gold medal for the lifetime achievement
award by a local community center, or you received a doctoral degree
in applied sciences from a highly reputable university located in
USA or Europe, or you wrote an excellent book on spirituality or
philosophy, which has become the New York Times bestseller, or you
became a weight-lifting champion in a local college gym, or you
married a very beautiful woman who used to be an academy
award-winning actress and spent your honeymoon in Acapulco, Mexico,
or some other event. Find out how many people involved in the event
and contributed their time and effort in accomplishing your goal and
how many people fought against it.
Power of Your Subconscious Mind |
Your subconscious mind stores
permanently all information of all your day-to-day activities and
experiences of all past lives, current life, all future lives and
all lives between lives, exactly like a supercomputer’s hard drive.
When you are in the deep trance, you absolutely have the power and
ability to access your subconscious mind, and recall as many
memories as you wish.
More than 90% of your mind is subconscious mind, and less than 10% of
your mind is conscious mind. Your subconscious mind is, like a
storage vessel, packed with a filing system of infinite number of
incidents of all your lives. Your subconscious mind is the “Google”
of the bodymind. It can be put on “search mode” to find out the most
important incidents of any of your lives as long as you are in the

further and further into the future), Number 4, 5, 6 (the tunnel is
darker, it may be a little bit disorienting, but you are determined
to move into your future life); Number 7, 8, 9 (you are more stable
and comfortable, you feel almost as if you were floating, as if you
were rising up and into the future); Number 11, 12 (you are halfway,
the tunnel is getting lighter, and you can perceive a light at the
end, another white light just like the white light that is
surrounding you); Number 13, 14, 15 (now you are almost there, focus
carefully, you can perceive a door in front of you, the door will be
opened in just a few moments, and you will see yourself in your
future life); Number 16, 17 (it is very bright now, and you are
putting your hands on the door); Number 18 (you open the door);
Number 19 (step through the door, and enter a scene of your future
life); Number 20 (carefully focus on your surroundings, look around
you, and observe carefully what you peceive). Precaution: Block out
any information from the past life regression session that might
have interfered with the quality of the scene. Use only what your
subconscious mind and supercinscious mind level will observe.

in your awareness, observe the scene and mentally record all the

Rising to Superconscious Mind Level
So far during the session, you may have maintained alpha frequency,
which could be enough to progress to future lives. In order to reach
the superconscious mind level, you should relax further and switch
to the borderline between alpha and theta frequencies.
With consistent and persistent
efforts, under deep relaxation, it is possible to accomplish this
wonderful experience.
Future life progressions
and past life regressions can be used as stepping stones to tap into
the superconscious mind level, which is where Your Higher Self
resides. Focus all your attention on your superconscious mind level. On counting the numbers
forward from 1 to 5, at number 5, you are going to rise to superconscious
mind level. At this level, you could meet with your Higher Self,
contact Sprit Guide and Spiritual Masters. You can promote healing,
resolve all your complex issues,
remove
insurmountable
obstacles,
and you can have guidance
on spiritual growth.
Number 1 (rising up); Number 2
(rising higher); Number 3 (halfway
there); Number 4 (you are almost there, approaching); Number 5 (you
are in the superconscious mind level). At this precious moment, let
your Higher Self, Spirit Guide or Spiritual Masters assist you in making the most out of
this hypnotic session. Ask as many question as you could, and get
quick answers in telepathic communication. Remember those answers carefully or speak out to your
hypnotherapist or to your tape recorder so that you review your
experience later.

state). Number 1 (you are still in deeper levels of trance), Number
2 (you are getting a little bit lighter in the trance), Number 3
(you are getting much lighter), Number 4 (you are very light and
close to awakening), Number 5 (you are awaken from the trance, open
your eyes). After the count 5, you are wide-awaken and look
refreshed.
Now you will be able to remember everything you experienced and
re-experienced during the hypnotic session, you will feel very
relaxed and refreshed and you will be able to do whatever you have
planned for the rest of the day or evening. You will feel very
positive about this wonderful experience. You will be very curious
about rewinding and playing the tape of your hypnotic session over
and over again. You will be motivated to plan your future in order

Future Life Progression of Jerry Springer
In
1977, Dr. Goldberg developed a technique to progress his clients
into Future Life instead of regressing them into past life. One
example is the Future Life Progression of the celebrity television
host Mr. Jerry Springer as described below:
Jerry Springer’s future life illustrates how this approach can
explain the origin of a long standing phobia. During the later part
of the 21st century, Jerry visualized that he will be a
rancher or farmer named Bobby, working in the fields of Montana
state. He saw himself in his imagination as a married person with
four children. Bobby is involved with a government project designed
to raise crops on the earth’s moon. Jerry was shocked to find out
that he will be killed in his future life at the age of 60 when his
craft crashes during a return trip to earth.
What is the Outcome of This Experiment?
Two interesting facts surfaced from this future life progression
findings: 1. Jerry recognized in his hypnotic state that his wife in his
future life in Montana state is the girl that he has already known
as his high school friend named Robin. 2. Jerry has been experiencing a phobia
(an irrational fear) in the current life as he
has always been afraid to dive into a swimming pool as a result of
the fear developed in the craft-diving accident in his future life
in which he will be killed. The source and root cause of the current
life problem (fear to dive) has been discovered, and as a result the
phobia disappeared.
Mind that past life, present life and future life take place
simultaneously. There is no time and space in the spirit world. Time
(past, present or future) exists only in the physical world such as
ours.
